What I'm looking for
I’m a dedicated customer service professional with experience handling inbound and outbound support across international markets. I focus on resolving customer queries, managing CRM systems, and delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and live chat.
In roles with DASH BPO (USA) and PLP SA / MPLUS (EUROPE), I handled high-volume questions, resolved complaints, and escalated complex issues when needed. I documented interactions and kept CRM records accurate to support service quality and team collaboration.
