At Red Dot Payment, I manage a portfolio of 100+ hotel and retail merchants generating SGD$238 million in monthly Total Processing Volume (TPV). I develop and negotiate pricing proposals aligned with transaction profiles, processing costs, and risk considerations, while ensuring end-to-end merchant onboarding through KYC due diligence and payment system integration.

I bring a collaborative, problem-solving approach—partnering with Business Finance, Legal, Product, Technology Support, and Underwriting to resolve payment issues and enhance the overall merchant experience. Previously, at Fave, I acquired and managed 400+ merchants, consistently exceeding monthly targets for 12+ months while identifying upsell opportunities through strong client relationships and insights.

Outside payments, I’ve strengthened operational discipline through part-time Marketing and Operations and instructor work, managing daily operations across multiple branches and growing digital presence by 310%.
