Served as the primary on-site IT support resource for a K–8 school, resolving daily hardware, software, and classroom technology issues. Managed support requests via Zendesk, provided break/fix support, and supported device onboarding and network configurations.

Provided multi-site IT deployment and support across Windows, ChromeOS, and Apple environments, traveling between school locations to meet project timelines. Performed OS imaging, software installation, system updates, and device deployments, ensuring compliance with school IT standards.

Provided front-line technical support via email, assisting users with general troubleshooting and identifying/reporting phishing attempts. Designed, built, and maintained a professional business website using Wix, integrating contact forms, email functionality, phone systems, and social media links.

Currently pursuing the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.

Completed the IT Support Specialist Certificate in April 2024.

Earned a High School Diploma in June 2022.
