I've delivered district-wide technical support at Helena-West Helena School District, resolving hardware, software, and technology-system issues to maintain operational continuity. I also maintained, upgraded, and configured systems while training staff to improve technology adoption.

At Osceola School District, I supported campus technology, troubleshot devices and systems, and provided staff guidance on software and digital tools. I also supported coding and career-readiness initiatives through workforce-focused technology instruction.

My operations leadership includes supervising up to 12 employees as Director of Security at FedEx, managing scheduling, staffing, onboarding, training, reporting, and process oversight. Earlier, I managed a 10-person team as a Site Supervisor with Allied Barton Security.
