I’m a results-driven IT and business professional with 25+ years of hands-on expertise in hardware/software support, system optimization, network infrastructure, and technical problem-solving. I rapidly diagnose complex issues and implement reliable solutions that minimize downtime for both residential and business clients. I also translate technical capabilities into real operational efficiency and customer success.

As Owner of PCFix.site (Adamson Computers & Gaming), I deliver comprehensive support across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile environments—designing, building, upgrading, and optimizing high-performance custom workstations and gaming systems. I handle full OS installations, data recovery, VMware implementation, driver optimization, and system imaging, while performing root-cause analysis for boot failures, BSODs, malware, storage issues, and connectivity problems using PowerShell and advanced diagnostics. I configure routers, VPNs, remote access, wireless networks, and backup systems, and provide expert Microsoft 365 support (including Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Active Directory) while leveraging AI tools and Python scripting to accelerate resolutions.

Before PCFix.site, I served as a Finance Manager and maintained strong governance practices, including SOX ITGC compliance through access management, risk monitoring, auditing, and GRC routines. Earlier roles included delivering business technical support as a Technical Advisor and building HawaiianVacationRentals.com as a Web Developer & IT Consultant, plus repair and data entry work supporting Windows/DOS systems, 911 emergency software, remote access servers, and networked workstations.
