I want a role where I can lead sales and relationship growth, drive KPI-based revenue and profitability, and train a team to reach higher levels through strong channel and retailer management, clear targets, and performance reviews.

I am a Sales & Marketing and Business Development professional with nearly 08 years of experience, focused on achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives in start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change environments. I build strong relationships with retailers and lead teams with a flexible, detail-oriented approach.

Most recently, I worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at Maruti Suzuki NEXA (Ratlam/Indore HO). I handled a team of 5 officers, generated revenue across multiple categories using KPI targets, communicated sales schemes to retailers, drove internal retailer competition, and ensured participation and sufficient inventory across counters.
