I'm looking for opportunities to lead branch sales and banking teams, grow new client relationships, improve customer service, and drive business across banking and investment products.

At HDFC Bank, I lead branch sales, new-to-bank acquisition, and banking operations while managing and coaching BSO staff. I build monthly business plans, analyze competitor needs, develop value-added proposals, and grow relationships across CASA, deposits, insurance, cards, loans, mutual funds, SIPs, NPS, and investment products.

I've also led teams at RBL Bank and supported banking product sales at Kotak Mahindra Bank, with earlier relationship management experience in personal loans and securities. My background includes audit work at AC Nielsen, where I reviewed records, identified discrepancies, prepared audit reports, and supported corrective actions.
