I am a highly motivated professional with a creative background transitioning into software development and IT, focused on problem-solving and process optimization. I blend design sensibility with technical skills to deliver practical digital solutions.

In my current role as a Data Services Associate I execute client-assigned processes, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues, and collaborate with internal and external teams to improve workflows and train automation. I have built and maintained e-commerce sites on Shopify, implemented automations with Zapier, and managed Facebook Ads campaigns to drive engagement.

I hold AWS re/Start training and am pursuing Software Development Engineer studies while earning certifications in AWS and data-driven decision-making. I bring hands-on experience with Python, shell scripting, Linux, AWS core services, WordPress, and Adobe creative tools, and I am eager to contribute to collaborative teams that value technical rigor and continuous improvement.
