I want a fast-paced SaaS role where I can own production support, investigate incidents with SQL/REST APIs, improve workflows and KPIs, and partner with international teams to hit SLA targets.

I help keep SaaS e-commerce operations running by investigating production incidents with SQL/MySQL, Postman, and JSON/API troubleshooting.
