I’m looking to lead B2B commercial growth end-to-end—coaching teams, owning enterprise pipelines in HubSpot/SAP, and strengthening ISO 9001-driven processes—within a data-driven, cross-functional environment where I can scale accounts and business performance.

I’m a results-driven Commercial Manager with 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, financial administration, and industrial operations across Mexico. I’ve played a key role in launching and scaling a manufacturing brand from zero, managing a high-value commercial portfolio and leading cross-functional teams.

I combine strategic commercial thinking with hands-on execution—leading full sales cycles from prospecting to retention, coaching teams through weekly 1:1s, and presenting forecasts to senior leadership. I’ve implemented SAP and HubSpot to create seamless information flow, and I spearheaded ISO 9001:2015 certification for the commercial department by designing SOPs that standardized client-facing processes.
