What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote or flexible customer support, client relations, or operations role where I can use multilingual communication, problem-solving, and international client coordination experience.

I've managed customer relationships, orders, payments, and logistics for JungleGypsy across international markets since 2011, handling daily inquiries through email, messaging, and in-person service.

I also manage operations and support a team of 10+ staff at Montesano-Pekissier Fashion Pvt Ltd, organizing workflows, schedules, training, and issue resolution in fast-paced retail environments. Through apparel boutiques including Psychonaut, Chanvre du Nord, and Soulcrafts, I've coordinated client needs, supplier communication, product requests, and timelines across international time zones.

I'm fluent in French and English, conversational in Spanish and Portuguese, and comfortable working independently in remote roles.
