Currently Product Design Lead at a small startup, I've been dabbling in all things product design and management for over 9 years.
Throughout the years, I've build strong skills in visual design, leading the creation and implementation of 3 design systems from scratch. In all my roles, I've also been highly involved in roadmapping, strategic thinking, process refining and the elaboration of goals and ways to achieve them, as well as nurturing close, transparent relationship with fellow stakeholders and clients.
I'm confortable being both hands-on on feature development and user satisfaction, and working on high-level business reflexions and desired outcomes. I love to learn form others and make a point of fostering a safe and open working environment where people feel free to disagree and challenge each other to achieve growth, both personally and as a company.
