Over the last decade, I've led multiple 0-to-1 initiatives in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing/workforce management, and scientific communities. My approach is rooted in data-driven insights, frequent iterations and deep partnerships with users, coworkers and stakeholders. I've also worked closely with CEOs and CTOs on establishing meaningful roadmaps, phasing long-term projects, and bringing structure and processes to development cycles.

My background in graphic design, combined with a natural curiosity for evolving design practices, ensures that I balance functionality with carefully crafted, pixel-perfect interfaces that feel both fresh and enduring. As the first Design & Product hire, I led design for the entire product and spearheaded the key 'Organizations' feature, enhancing cohesion, reducing churn, and tapping into new markets. I managed product tasks like data gathering, user stories, and idea validation, and also built a Design System, led a company rebrand, and launched a new marketing website.

I worked on improving patient referrals from GPs to specialists via virtual consultations, by refactoring the admin section of a digital health platform, used by over 15,000 healthcare professionals across 65 medical specialties and 10 million patients. I also led the creation of a Design System from scratch and oversaw its frontend implementation using Storybook.
