As the first hire post a 1.6M pre-seed raise, I conceptualised the Founders’ vision into a working product using first principles, through multiple pivots. Conducted lean user research and usability tests to iterate the AI-powered customer-facing conversational insights platform for post sales Account Management teams; used by teams like Gainsight, Ada Bot and Gorgias.

Conducted a research project for US-based Sling TV to help them nurture their Sports Enthusiast persona and influence customer lifetime value (CLV)
Led client projects from inception to completion, including discovery sessions, low to high-fidelity mockups, usability testing, visual QA and handoffs.
Built and executed research plans based on customer needs.

Worked with the co-founders on a Facilities Management SaaS product to automate field service management in commercial and residential buildings through a pilot project in Bangalore, India.
From 0-1, designed a suite of digital products that provide end-to-end visibility of field operations like issue monitoring and tracking, vendor management, work order scheduling capabilities amongst others.

Conducted a large-scale UI/UX mapping of GOLO’s web and native apps to identify design debt to make a case for implementing the Design System.
Developed the GOLO Design System to help streamline the way the design team worked on the consumer as well as white-label apps, providing them with a single source of truth within Figma.

GOLO.io was bought over by UseWalter.

Worked with global clients, strategized and pitched concepts. Some of the noted organizations were: UNICEF, The Hindu Centre for Politics and Public Policy, and United Nations Volunteers.
Worked on both print and digital projects - like Identity & Branding, UI/UX for native apps, layout and Illustration.

As a Graphic Designer on the Product team, I produced attractive, click-worthy email drip campaigns aimed to increase customer engagement.
Worked with content analysts and product managers on web and mobile flash sale campaigns and website collateral. Worked in high-energy situations with demanding deadlines.
