I am looking for a role that fosters collaboration, innovation, and user-centered design, where I can lead impactful projects and mentor emerging designers.

As a product design leader with over a decade of experience, I specialize in shaping B2B SaaS enterprise design strategies through research-driven design and systems thinking. My expertise lies in driving design strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable interaction design solutions that not only accelerate business growth but also enhance user engagement.

At Canada Post, I led the end-to-end redesign of the Developer Program, which significantly improved developer onboarding and reduced support volume. My role involved conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to inform information architecture restructuring and optimize user journeys. Previously, at Software AG, I contributed to the design strategy for the API Management suite, which gained recognition in the Forrester Wave and Gartner Magic Quadrant.

Currently, as an independent product design consultant, I partner with organizations to create user-centric web and mobile applications for both B2C and B2B audiences. I am passionate about mentoring junior designers and aligning product roadmaps with user goals and business KPIs, ensuring that every design decision is backed by data and user insights.
