Led a revamp of the in-app onboarding experience, resulting in increased user activations and a 2x increase in paid plan upgrades. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to successfully launch Checkfront Payments at the Arival conference 2022.

Conducted user interviews with Montessori guides to understand their daily workflows and needs, supporting our feature discovery. Contributed design expertise across multiple product areas, including growth, booking systems, and payments.

Established a design system to ensure consistent design across all our products. Designed and developed the product’s landing page and collaborated with the marketing team for content strategy.

Collaborated with a tight-knit team to build Insights from the ground up. Conducted ethnographic user research at an esports team house to gather insights into the needs and behaviours of players and coaches for our product discovery.

Completed a comprehensive program focusing on digital design and development. Gained expertise in various aspects of digital media, including user experience and interface design.

Studied new media design and web development, acquiring foundational skills in web technologies and design principles. Developed proficiency in creating interactive web experiences.
