What I'm looking for
I bring a customer-first mindset to digital content and platform experiences, pairing “high-touch” support with production discipline. As a customer success manager, I focused on driving textbook adoption, renewal revenue, and long-term retention for school and parish programs.
I managed production of graphics and content for online teacher resources tied to new textbook editions, ensuring version accuracy, consistent formatting, and production readiness. I also built trust through strategic relationships with school leaders to increase growth, usage depth, and multi-year loyalty.
On the support side, I delivered Tier 1–2 technical assistance for digital platforms and resource libraries, quickly resolving access and usability issues to protect the customer experience and reduce churn risk.
