What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support customers with empathy and clarity while using creative marketing—email, content, and analytics—to improve results. I thrive on solving problems, collaborating across teams, and continuously learning.

I’m a Customer Support and Creative Marketing Specialist who enjoys learning, creating, and explaining creative ways to help customers solve their problems. I combine customer communication with practical marketing execution—so customers get answers, and businesses get results.

In marketing roles, I’ve led email strategy and content creation, collaborated on landing pages, and wrote and updated site copy based on SEO research. I’ve tracked and analyzed campaigns for improvement and troubleshot software while supporting customers—using tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Shopify, Marketo, Pardot, and Google Analytics.

Across customer support and service leadership, I’ve managed high-volume outreach (conducting up to 300 calls a day), scheduled demos, and coordinated customer experiences end-to-end. I also managed an owner’s calendar and events, designed graphics, and created marketing content—while maintaining organized, positive, and reliable service through conflict management, communication, and attention to detail.
