I've provided first-level ICT support at Kenya's Ministry of Health, helping keep Afya House's seven-floor, 200+ staff operation running. I set up and maintained Windows computers, switches, and other ICT equipment for daily use.
I troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, scanners, and email systems. I've also installed operating systems, applications, and antivirus updates across approximately 200 workstations while maintaining equipment records and issue documentation.
My experience also includes training 200 farmers to use digital platforms through ACWICT, operating KIMS election technology, and supporting ICT activities at the County Government of Nakuru. I'm looking to continue growing in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
