What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or network support role where I can troubleshoot systems, support end users, build practical technical experience, and continue developing my networking, cybersecurity, Linux, and Python skills.

I've supported customers at Dreamlife Technology and maintained ICT systems as an IT Technician Intern at the Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Sanitation. My work includes installing computers, configuring software, resolving faults, supporting users, and documenting maintenance.

I'm building on a Diploma in ICT and ongoing Computer Science studies with Cisco certifications in CCNA, cybersecurity, network security, Linux, Python, and networking. I've also designed an online voting system and participated in CCTV installation projects.
