At 500 Global, I lead global full-cycle recruitment across six regions, partnering with executives on hiring strategy, headcount planning, and recruitment reporting for accelerator programs, regional funds, and firmwide roles.
I've built and improved the systems behind global hiring, including a requisition management portal and careers page infrastructure developed with Codex and Claude. I also manage agency partnerships, ATS operations, employer branding, and standardized onboarding and offboarding programs used across 25+ countries.
