At Foundever, I manage quick resolutions for back-office agents, address concerns, and help create a positive workplace environment through conflict resolution.

I support back-office coaches and new-agent onboarding using FDO GURU tools, coordinate administrative support activities, and guide staff on operational protocols. I also analyze workflows and implement improvements that strengthen team performance and service delivery.

Previously, I worked as a customer service representative and back-office agent at Foundever, where I handled customer inquiries, processed transactions accurately, and maintained confidential records in line with company policies.

I also taught elementary English at Mined, creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, collaborating with colleagues, and communicating with families. My background includes English, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, computer hardware, and maintenance studies.
