I’m looking for a role where I can provide excellent customer service, solve problems with empathy, and grow—while continuing to develop my digital marketing skills through real projects.

I’m a customer service representative with one year of experience supporting a health insurance campaign, where I achieved the highest number of clients while maintaining exceptional call quality. I’m highly responsible, I work well under pressure, and I handle multiple tasks efficiently.

I use active listening, problem-solving, and rapport-building to address client needs with empathy and solution-oriented service. I’m also currently pursuing a Digital Marketing Certificate from Coursera and Google, and I bring a creative, continuous-learning mindset focused on improving performance and exceeding expectations.
