As a self-employed tattoo studio business owner, I managed customer enquiries, digital bookings, sales, and day-to-day administration. I handled the customer journey from attracting clients to delivering services, with consultations primarily in German and English.

As a hairdresser, I delivered personalised service and built long-term customer relationships. I also managed digital bookings, scheduling, and customer communication.

During my alcohol and drug counsellor training, I built trusting relationships with clients experiencing complex life circumstances. I used motivational interviewing and solution-focused approaches to support behavioural change.
