What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer support, customer success, or operations role where I can contribute to a collaborative team and deliver excellent service.

I'm currently teaching 750 primary students across 21 classes at Chongfah Sinseung Wanich Bamrung School in Chiang Mai, where I independently design curriculum and adapt communication for varied learning styles.

At Uptown Ties, I earned a promotion to bartender through initiative and independent study, managed service for up to 30 customers at once, and built personalized customer relationships that encouraged repeat business. I stay calm under pressure, listen actively, and resolve concerns with practical solutions.

I've also supported development and operations at Girls on the Run MN and led a funded community-based sociology research project, bringing strong organization, research, writing, and relationship-building skills to collaborative teams.
