At Coopers Group AG, I built and expanded the company-wide permanent placement division, recruiting specialists and managers across IT, Life Sciences, Engineering, Banking, Finance & Services, and Corporate Functions. I advise senior management and line managers on executive hiring, from needs analysis and interviews through to the candidate’s start date.

I lead and coach teams across three locations, set recruiting KPIs and team objectives, and have held budget responsibility of up to CHF 1.65m in net fees. I also developed a training plan for career changers and graduates and introduced “Coach the Coach” for senior consultants.
