I seek senior HR roles leading strategy and transformation, with scope to build HR systems, lead executive search, and drive measurable organizational impact in international settings.

I am a senior HR leader with over a decade of international experience in HR consulting, organizational development, and executive search. I combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on delivery across recruiting, HR systems, and performance management.

I have led HR transformations end-to-end—from process analysis and policy design to implementation of new structures, onboarding, and performance frameworks—often for clients in Big4/Big5 environments. I have P&L responsibility experience and have driven budget planning, cost control, and compensation design.

My background includes extensive direct approach and executive search work, building management teams (including C-level), and managing cross-border, GDPR-compliant recruiting projects. I also have initial M&A experience, supporting buy-side and sell-side processes and stakeholder communications.

I am multilingual (Hungarian native; fluent German, English, Spanish) and comfortable operating in international, intercultural contexts. I seek roles where I can lead HR strategy, scale HR systems, and deliver measurable organizational impact.
