At NEBA, I ran the contracted adviser network end to end, serving as the main contact for around 30 advisers across four continents and four time zones. I sourced and selected advisers, prepared contracts and onboarding, and handled offboarding.
I also arranged provider-led professional development, verified monthly commission for billing, and prepared payroll documentation. I wrote and maintained the operating procedures the business had not previously had.
Since 2025, I’ve run Novocruit, my career positioning practice for international professionals. I deliver diagnostic sessions, written work, interview preparation, and a paid group workshop.
I built a self-serve platform with six coaching tools and a 46-lesson programme, alongside an unattended client process using Calendly, Stripe, Zapier, and email. I’m based in Lausanne, work fully remotely, and bring native English and French at C1.
