What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote IT support or service desk role where I can resolve L1–L2 issues, maintain secure endpoints and networks, support users effectively, and contribute independently in a fast-paced environment.

I've delivered L1–L2 technical support across healthcare and corporate environments, resolving hardware, software, and network issues within SLA.

At The Mater Misericordiae Hospital, I supported staff through face-to-face, phone, and ticketing channels. I installed and maintained hardware, operating systems, applications, CCTV systems, user accounts, and endpoint security using Fortinet and Kaspersky.

Previously at Watene Holdings, I maintained servers and databases, implemented backup routines and security checks, and provided network oversight across routing, switching, installation, and Microsoft Office training.

I'm CCNA-certified and hold a Cisco Networking Academy Cyber Security badge. I work comfortably in fast-paced remote support environments and bring practical experience with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, VPNs, endpoint security, and network troubleshooting.
