I'm looking for a remote operations, logistics, dispatch, or administrative role where I can improve delivery coordination, support drivers and customers, build practical tools, and provide flexible weekend on-call coverage.

I'm an Operations & Logistics Specialist with over 5 years of remote experience supporting U.S.-based trucking, delivery, and courier companies. My background spans fleet dispatch, DOT/FMCSA compliance, Amazon Relay load management, and last-mile delivery coordination.

Currently, I manage day-to-day operations for a prescription delivery company in Canada — coordinating drivers and merchant partners, while also building out the company's digital infrastructure from scratch, including a CRM, an automated customer messaging system, and a Stripe-integrated eCommerce platform.

I bring a rare mix of operational reliability and hands-on technical ability: I'm equally comfortable resolving a driver dispute, building a client-facing app, or designing marketing materials in Photoshop and Illustrator. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, and I'm detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and quick to adapt to new tools and workflows.
