Managed transportation and regional fulfillment operations, maintaining >95% on-time delivery across 8 markets, 15 3PL providers, and 3 service offerings.

Built a centralized logistics resolution function for national pharmacy operations using Six Sigma and DMAIC methods, coordinating between delivery and pharmacy operations teams. Led a remote team of 8 dispatch and delivery support specialists supporting centralized logistics coordination across 8 markets nationwide.

Improved on-time delivery from 90% to 98% through route planning, proactive demand and capacity assessment, and process changes as daily New York metro volume grew from 370 to 2,700 deliveries. Maintained staffing pipelines and labor allocation to support delivery capacity and operational readiness.

Managed daily courier and delivery operations for Walmart's New York City concierge shopping startup, coordinating order procurement and last-mile execution.
