What I'm looking for

I’m looking to improve operations and dispatch with data-driven reporting—reducing penalties, optimizing routes, and strengthening safer outcomes. I want a role where I can use Excel/SQL and AI tools to automate workflows and support leadership decisions.

I’m a business graduate with experience in operations, dispatch, and data analysis within transportation and logistics. I focus on improving route performance, reducing financial penalties, and supporting safer operations through reporting and data tracking, including VIA compliance and repeat-issue identification.

In my current role, I monitor route performance, decrease bus lateness, and track driver behavior and risk trends using Lytx and GPS data. I also built Excel reports to monitor route violations, delays, and compliance, and I use AI tools to streamline reporting and improve workflow efficiency.

Previously, I managed daily operations as a Supervisor by improving material tracking and accurate data entry to reduce liquidated damages. Earlier, as a Construction Supervisor, I led crews across multiple projects while coordinating job timelines, material usage, and maintaining safety standards across job sites.
