I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my skills in customer service and marketing while contributing to a dynamic team in the tourism industry.

I am a dedicated and passionate individual pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, with a focus on enhancing customer service and experience. My internship at Discover the World-Philippines has equipped me with valuable skills in sales and marketing, where I actively promoted and managed various activities and events. I take pride in my ability to handle tele sales and manage inbound and outbound communications effectively.

My work immersion experience at Adventure Resorts allowed me to hone my front desk and housekeeping skills, ensuring guests have a pleasant check-in experience while maintaining the resort's cleanliness. I have also participated in various seminars, including a Flight Attendant Workshop and training on maximizing social media connections, which have further enriched my understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry.
