What I'm looking for

I want to continue delivering first-class technical support and implementation, owning case resolution end-to-end, building clear KB documentation, and working closely with customers and engineers to improve reliability, security, and user satisfaction.

I bring over 6 years of experience supporting and implementing hardware and software products, with a strong customer satisfaction record. I’m known for professional communication with clients, colleagues, and senior managers, especially when resolving detailed issues. I also focus on cost reduction and strategic leadership.

Most recently, as a Remote Customer Support Associate at Aurea Software (Crossover.com), I supported a customized clinical application and worked closely with the client’s concierge to resolve issues in their environment. I handled case management and documentation using KB, and supported application testing, evaluations, and QA. I used tools and apps such as Jive, SharePoint, PowerShell scripts, and Microsoft SQL.

Before that, I worked as a Customer Support Engineer (Azure AD) at Tek-Experts, supporting Microsoft customers as an Azure Active Directory engineer. I managed Azure AD users, devices, and applications, handled Active Directory Federation Service, and supported Multi-factor Authentication. I also worked with Azure Identity Protection, Azure AD Conditional Access policy, and device management with cloud synchronization.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Project Supervisor at Precise Financial Systems within the Product Implementation and Support team, delivering face-to-face customer support, deployments, and documentation. I became a project supervisor shortly after my internship training with Microsoft, including implementation and training for customers/end-users. I began as an IT Support Officer at Transmission Company of Nigeria, managing webpages/web forms and databases, providing support via multiple channels, and performing repairs, installations, upgrades, and network structure/mapping.
