I bring over 6 years of experience supporting and implementing hardware and software products, with a strong customer satisfaction record. Most recently, as a Remote Customer Support Associate at Aurea Software (Crossover.com), I supported a customized clinical application and worked closely with the client’s concierge to resolve issues in their environment. I handled case management and documentation using KB, and supported application testing, evaluations, and QA. I used tools and apps such as Jive, SharePoint, PowerShell scripts, and Microsoft SQL.

I became a project supervisor shortly after my internship training with Microsoft, including implementation and training for customers/end-users.
