What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own technical support and system/network troubleshooting while partnering with users through clear training and documentation, using cloud services to improve reliability and help teams work smarter.

I’m a Technical Support Engineer with a background in education and formal IT training. I combine system administration, network configuration, and cloud services with a strong instructional approach to help people understand and use technology confidently.

With over nine years of experience, I’m skilled in troubleshooting, technical documentation, and user training. I also bring structured data analysis, situational and trend analysis, and conflict resolution to support faster, clearer outcomes.

I’ve designed multi-site network solutions and built Python and SQL scripts to solve practical problems. I deliver under tight schedules, translate complex ideas into simple terms, and handle daily technical, logistical, and administrative issues with clear communication and customer service.
