At Sana Labs AI (Workday), I grew and managed the broader division from 2 to approximately 50 people across two products at peak. I created a team training library, onboarding process, and development framework, and redesigned training to reduce the expected period from approximately three months to two weeks.
Before moving into management, I supported enterprise customers with implementation, data migration, training, and product guidance. I also coordinated development of an internal workflow tool estimated to save $50K annually; in earlier project roles, I coordinated product deliverables and managed projects from requirements and design through delivery and installation.
