I’m a Product, Integrations & Customer Solutions leader with 20+ years building, launching, and scaling software across healthcare and SaaS. I lead product strategy, enterprise integrations, and implementation delivery—from concept through commercialization—while running multimillion-dollar budgets and teams.
Most recently, I led Data Integrations at MealSuite, delivering 100+ healthcare interoperability integrations across EMR/EHR, financial, supply chain, and identity platforms. I also cut implementation timelines 50%+ through process optimization and operational improvements, while driving HL7, API, EDI, SFTP, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integration initiatives.
I’m also known for modernizing how teams work: I use AI heavily day-to-day to research, write specs, analyze data, and ship. I’ve shipped AI-enabled product capabilities and standardized LLM-assisted workflows for documentation, spec drafting, and issue triage to raise throughput and consistency.
Earlier roles strengthen my end-to-end product credibility, including directing commercialization of a SaaS platform at Limelight Platforms, launching Connected Claims with mobile-first FNOL capabilities at IMS, and scaling multi-tenant cloud API platform partner programs at Altus Group.
