I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my skills in media buying and customer service while offering opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.

I am a dedicated professional with a diverse background in customer service, training, and media buying. My journey began at Imus Computer College, where I honed my communication and organizational skills while teaching students and preparing them for their National Certificate assessments. This experience instilled in me a passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to creating a productive learning environment.

Transitioning to Alorica Philippines as a Customer Service Representative, I developed my problem-solving abilities and learned the importance of effective communication in resolving customer inquiries and complaints. My most recent role at Omnicom Media Group as a Media Ads Buyer and Planner allowed me to combine my analytical skills with creativity, as I managed ad budgets and collaborated with various agencies to deliver successful advertising campaigns.
