As Director of Operations at RK Holdings US, I directed manufacturing, purchasing, and sales operations, trained and mentored more than 200 staff, and led cost-reduction work that generated $500K in annual savings. I also provided executive reporting that informed corporate strategy and supply-chain planning.

At World Net Media, I managed compliance and full project lifecycles for teams of 100+ while improving post-production productivity by 25% and developing new business lines. Earlier, at Ox Ideas, I led an 80-person team and launched a DVD department that increased company revenue by 65%.

Today, I advise clients on process optimization, organizational design, compliance, and data-driven decision-making through JOYU & Company. With an MBA and graduate coursework in management and business administration, I'm also prepared to bring practical operations, business, and project-management experience into higher education.
