Joseph Wright

I’m a Data Center Operations Tech currently focused on reliable data center operations and practical IT execution. I bring a quality-first mindset from my QA internship work and a customer support background that keeps service dependable and issues resolved quickly.

Previously, I worked as a Quality Assurance Intern and as a Computer Help Desk Assistant, where I supported end users and helped strengthen processes around performance and satisfaction. I also trained others and helped run programs, including hiring, training, and managing 40 summer camp employees—building the systems and consistency needed for smooth operations.

Alongside my experience, I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and I’ve taken coursework including Programming with Python, Object-Oriented Programming, Advanced Data Structures, Network and Data Communications, and Database Management Systems. My professional ethos is simple: learn fast, document what matters, and deliver results that are measurable, repeatable, and customer-focused.
