I've spent 8 years creating clear, user-focused documentation for software and hardware products. At NimbleWork, I built and launched a product knowledge base from scratch for a new SaaS product, covering core features, workflows, and user scenarios.

I manage documentation across the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and writing through review, publication, and maintenance. I work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and design teams, and use customer feedback to identify product gaps and inform sprint planning.

I've expanded video content across training, onboarding, how-to, explainer, and marketing videos, while creating infographics and visual explanations for complex workflows. I also established an AI-assisted documentation workflow using VS Code, Claude, and GitLab, including beta AI agents to automate documentation tasks.
