Joseph Jasso

I’m a motivated, dependable professional with experience in customer service, team leadership, and conflict resolution. I’ve helped customers resolve issues quickly, handled day-to-day store operations, and kept communication clear and professional.

In addition, I’ve worked as a Baseball Instructor and Private Coach, where I built individualized training plans and managed scheduling and communication with athletes and parents. I also completed recruiting and player evaluation by evaluating talent and supporting outreach and recruiting communication.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science, I bring a disciplined, people-focused mindset to every role. I’m especially interested in remote customer support, customer success, recruiting, or administrative work where I can use my problem-solving skills and strong organization to help teams and individuals succeed.
