I’m a fast learner and flexible communicator who adapts to customers and company needs. I focus on building rapport, staying reliable under pressure, and making sure customers feel heard from the first interaction.

In client support, I establish strong relationships with new and existing clientele, manage schedules for estimates and jobs, and handle billing and scheduling inquiries. I’m comfortable answering incoming and making outgoing customer inquiries to keep service running smoothly.

I’ve provided front-facing customer service as a front service desk/cashier and as a busser, consistently prioritizing exceptional service. I processed returns, handled calls, supported customers with locating products, and addressed issues/concerns to supervisors for resolution.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Head Rec Coach, encouraging athletes to challenge themselves and developing plans for growth. I assessed strengths and weaknesses and provided weekly progress reports to parents, building trust through clear communication.
