I’m a customer-focused operations and training logistics coordinator with over 10 years of experience managing international workshops, travel bookings, and stakeholder engagement across East Africa. Since Jan 2014, I’ve coordinated over 300 international and regional workshops, delivering smooth travel, accommodation, and training logistics for delegates from 20+ countries.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I successfully transitioned to remote workshop coordination using Zoom, Google Meet, and Trello—ensuring uninterrupted delivery of virtual training and client support. I manage international flight bookings, visas, and immigration clearance with a 95% travel success rate, and I oversee event logistics for up to 150 participants, handling disruptions through proactive contingency planning.
