I’m looking for a role where I can own client onboarding and implementation end-to-end, pair strong technical troubleshooting with web/SEO execution, and continuously improve processes through documentation, QA, and automation in a collaborative team.

I’m a Client Service and Implementation Manager with international remote experience, focused on end-to-end onboarding, implementation planning, and dependable post-launch support. I build strong client relationships through proactive communication, training, and hands-on troubleshooting.

I also bring deep hands-on digital and technical capability: I’ve led website and marketing work across SEO, landing pages, website speed optimization, and WordPress troubleshooting, while coordinating with design and technical teams for accurate delivery. In parallel, I develop and maintain JavaScript applications and integrations, document workflows, and help reduce tech debt.
