I’m looking for a role where I can serve the company efficiently, own CRM/content and quality processes end-to-end, and keep improving by applying my skills in GoHighLevel, Webflow, and operational workflows.

I’m an Implementation Specialist focused on keeping customer data, website content, and internal operations accurate, organized, and easy to execute. At PushPress, I manage CRM processes in GoHighLevel and perform CRM Quality Assurance to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

I also lead Website build quality checks and publishing in WebFlow, including updating coach bios and site elements. Beyond that, I maintain SOPs in Notion, run content QA for Content Library materials, and manage workflows across Slack, HubSpot, and automation/support tools like Retool, Linear, and BugHerd.

Earlier roles strengthened my execution and client communication skills—whether verifying sales via iOPEX Voice Portal call listening, generating daily reports with QEval, or supporting customers in on-site technical support and customer service.
