What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations/continuous-improvement leadership role where I can drive Lean Six Sigma transformations, own KPI-driven execution, optimize OPEX/CAPEX, scale talent, and deliver measurable savings with disciplined data governance.

I bring more than 10 years of experience in operations management, engineering, and continuous improvement within industrial and multinational environments. I focus on driving efficiency, productivity, and value creation through disciplined, data-driven execution.

My core strengths include OPEX optimization, CAPEX management, and Lean Six Sigma implementation, with a proven track record of significant savings, talent development, and KPI-driven performance. I’ve generated $1.3M in savings and structured an additional $700K pipeline, while defining operational KPIs for real-time decision-making.

In leadership roles, I’ve built and scaled operational capabilities from the ground up—creating and expanding an engineering and continuous improvement department and deploying operating standards, technical governance, and transformation roadmaps. I’ve also standardized and centralized operating procedures to reduce variability, designed compensation systems aligned to performance, and created an Operational Training and Certification School.

I’m comfortable owning end-to-end operations and transformation: managing ERP migration and adoption as an ERP Key User, leading process analyses to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and data reliability, and delivering continuous improvement through structured methods like DMAIC and 5S. Previously, I led 24/7 plant operations with full responsibility for production, efficiency, productivity, quality, maintenance, costs, yield loss, and safety/food safety compliance.
