I’m a systems-minded operations leader with 27+ years building and running the operating infrastructure behind complex, multi-site organizations. I take ownership of high-leverage operational problems and turn them into measurable throughput, quality, and cost outcomes.
My core strength is creating KPI architecture and governance cadence—so leaders can see reality clearly and teams can act with discipline. I’ve built and deployed KPI systems, including weekly business reviews, and used Power BI dashboards for real-time, cross-team decision-making.
