What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring speed-to-competence and metrics discipline to a new industry—building KPI governance, applying Six Sigma and Lean to real throughput/quality/cost problems, and leading teams with playbooks they can run independently.

I’m a systems-minded operations leader with 27+ years building and running the operating infrastructure behind complex, multi-site organizations. I take ownership of high-leverage operational problems and turn them into measurable throughput, quality, and cost outcomes.

My core strength is creating KPI architecture and governance cadence—so leaders can see reality clearly and teams can act with discipline. I’ve built and deployed KPI systems, including weekly business reviews, and used Power BI dashboards for real-time, cross-team decision-making.

I’m also a process excellence practitioner grounded in Six Sigma DMAIC and Lean process redesign. I’ve improved productivity, reduced waste, cut setup time, and increased equipment uptime by rolling out structured programs like condition-based maintenance and standardizing workflow and documentation.

As a people leader, I hire, coach, and develop leaders and front-line teams, including distributed and cross-country structures. I’ve scaled process improvement talent across LATAM, supported remote management with standardized systems, and brought process playbooks that teams can run without me in the room.
