What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead Continuous Improvement, strengthen SOP compliance, train teams, and drive measurable cost and efficiency gains—while supporting customers and stakeholders through structured audits and action plans. I am also interested in temporary or part time jobs that can compliment my current role as a secondary income.

I’m a customer service-focused professional with over fifteen years of experience across logistics, retail, and continuous improvement. I lead teams, enhance operational efficiency, and identify cost reduction opportunities through structured process improvement.

In my current role as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, I document and audit SOPs, monitor action plans, and partner with department managers to refine processes. I also facilitate information gathering for forecasting, provide Continuous Improvement training company-wide, and serve as a Compliance Officer/primary audit contact while overseeing remediation actions across departments.
