I've led operations for RLA Manufacturing, part of Fruit of the Loom and Berkshire Hathaway, owning the full P&L of a USD 50–70M business unit. I ran delivery, engineering, quality, finance, HR, payroll, legal, and vendor management through seven functional leads.

I build the systems that let growing operations run consistently: SOPs, KPI architecture, Power BI dashboards, operating cadences, and cost governance. My work has identified and captured USD 3.25M+ in savings, increased throughput 35%, and helped achieve the lowest unit operating cost across the parent company’s global network.

Across Honduras, El Salvador, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, I led a remote operational excellence program that delivered USD 1.2M+ in recurring annual savings. I also coached and certified 50+ improvement leaders and upskilled 500+ frontline staff.

I'm a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who uses Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, Claude, and operational data to reduce manual work and improve decisions. I’m comfortable partnering with U.S.-based leadership in English and leading distributed teams across U.S. business hours.
